Our Story

Sound Advice Educational Services was founded by Rachel Tuura, M.S., CCC-SLP, who brings years of experience providing speech-language pathology services in schools and pediatric settings. Recognizing the critical staffing needs faced by schools across the country, Rachel built Sound Advice to connect schools with qualified, dedicated therapists. We currently service schools in Minnesota and Virginia, and we're growing! Our mission is to provide exceptional therapy staffing while maintaining the personal touch that comes with a small, woman-owned business. Every therapist we place is thoroughly vetted, carries their own liability insurance, and is committed to helping students succeed.
